Campers are able to receive all three forms of communication. Each day at the afternoon Canteen break the campers receive their mail which consists of actual letters & packages, emails and faxes sent to the office with the campers name at attention. Mail in any form is always exciting for our campers!

Are campers aloud to use the phone or their cell phones?
Campers are not allowed to freely use phones or their own cell phones at Camp. A part of the program is the fact that our campers are away from their normal environments. Please trust that if there is a need for your camper to call home they will be allowed.

Canteen Money & Cabin Buddies

What is Canteen Money?
Beyond the Camper Fees each camper has canteen money. We recommend that your camper has $20-25 per week at Camp. Each camper uses their Canteen Money to buy drinks, candy, and other refreshments during Canteen Breaks. This money is also used for purchasing crafts throughout the week. As well the campers may use this money to purchase items in the Camp Gift Shop.

What is Cabin Buddies?
If you would like you may designate a friend to be in the cabin with your child. You may designate your choice of ONLY ONE cabin buddy on the registration form. It is important to note that cabin buddies must be within one year of the same age to be considered for placement together. Campers that place each other as buddies will be more likely to receive their requests. Triple buddy requests cannot be honored.

Can my child be in a cabin or group with their cousin / brother / friend?
Campers may designate their cabin buddy on the registration form as long as the buddies are within one year of the same age. So you may link your camper to their cousin / brother / friend as long as they are of the same sex and within one year of the same age. Campers are placed in groups and cabin by age each session.
