Serve as the primary point of contact for any and all Camp Deer Run customers and to provide administrative support, guidance, and customer service to camper families, donors, alumni, etc. The position is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and customer service needs.
Serve as the primary fundraiser for Camp Deer Run. The position is responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and refinement of fundraising activities. The Director of Development is to provide leadership, direction, and training to co-workers and others in support of CDR’s development objectives to maximize total gift revenue through monthly giving, church relationships, EOY fundraising and other annual fundraising activities.
